Oh, Mother

As if to further emphasize the point,
Our Great Mother heaved her bosom,
Leaving us open-mouthed,
And collectively holding our breath,
Waiting to see what’s next.

Sunday 160 is a creation of Monkey Man.

This post is dedicated to the people of Haiti and all those who have lost loved ones in the earthquake. For anyone wishing to help out please be aware that aid agencies are currently in need of monetary donations. For a list of reputable agencies, just click here and here.

Felicitas - I didn't even have to read your dedication to know this was about Haiti. I try to stay with Sunday as my post day - you know "Sunday" 160 and all. But at 12:01 PST you will see both of us share a common thread in our posts. Thank you.

Your posts have sometimes the ability to go straight to my heart!
This was one of these times!
Love and light.

PJ & Shadow - Thank you!

Otin - What can I tell you, I was inspired!

MM - I'm sorry. I just couldn't hold it in anymore. It was sitting in my draft folder and that publish button was taunting me... I'm weak!

Greekwitch - I'm so glad!
