Autumn Revival

Cooler morning breezes
Begin to sweep away
The haze
Of summer dreams
From restless minds
Signaling
Refreshed desires
For growth
To awaken once more
In body & spirit.

Sunday 160 is a creation of Monkey Man. If you’d like to participate or check out other 160s visit him here!

What a lovely 160! I'll happily take the growth of the mind. The body better not even think about it.

Nice take on upcoming autumn - mine is more a longing to hold on to summer as long as I can :) - although in principle (and at heart)I agree with the sentiments you express so beautifully.

ah - kind of sad that autumn is approaching - but your nice 160 reconciled me a bit with this fact...

This is perfect way to describe the beginning of the end and the ending leading into the beginning. Great 160!

Very nice.

Autumn, like Spring is a time when things begin, although it doesn't look that way. All the background stuff begins in Autumn; a wonderful time of year.

This time of year always leaves me feeling like I should be on the brink of a change as well.

Poignant 160, and a lovely photo to accompany it. :)
